Refunds and Returns Policy
Hunter's Moon Dog Behaviour and Training is responsible for managing the claims process for refunds and returns. Customers must check goods upon arrival and have 48 hours after delivery to submit claims to Customer Service relating to damaged stock, order discrepancy or any other apparent defects.

If no notification is received within 48 hours of delivery it is accepted that the goods provided are correct according to the associated invoice, and they are free from damage or defects.
Request for Credit (RFC) Process
For a Credit, Return or Exchange to be accepted and processed a RFC is required. A claim cannot be accepted unless the customer provides a relevant invoice number and a valid reason for the request.

An RFC claim must be submitted to a Customer Service Officer either by email (Email: huntersmoondogtraing@gmail.com Subject: Request for Credit). Submitting an RFC does not automatically guarantee a credit will be given. Hunter's Moon Dog Behaviour and Training reserves the right to investigate the claim and inspect damaged goods within a reasonable time frame following notification of the damaged good, missing item or other defect.
If a credit is granted the customer will receive written notification in the form of a credit note, showing any adjustments made as a result of the RFC they submitted. No credits will be processed unless an RFC has been submitted.

Reasons for raising an RFC
Damages in Transit
​
It is a requirement that all damages in transit are noted on the proof of delivery docket at the time of unloading and a copy of the delivery docket, together with a photograph of the goods on arrival is sent to our Customer Service team so that we may be able to claim from our transport providers.

Pick Errors
​
If a pick error occurs and the stock is short supplied, a credit will be issued provided notification is given within the required timeframe. Stock that has been incorrectly supplied by Hunter's Moon Dog Behaviour and Training must be notified to Hunter's Moon Dog Behaviour and Training and will be accepted for return, if the customer does not agree to keep it.
Claims Relating to Quality Assurance
All quality assurance claims should be directed direct to the manufacturer. All goods that carry a warranty or guarantee of the manufacturer shall be credited or exchanged only when so agreed to by that manufacturer.

Returns
​
Hunter's Moon Dog Behaviour and Training accepts returns within 14 days of purchase, A Customer cannot return a product without first applying to the Hunter's Moon Dog Behaviour and Training so that a Returns Authority (RA) can be issued for valid returns. When an RA has been issued those products, it relates to must be returned by a shipment method nominated by Hunter's Moon Dog Behaviour and Training. Failure to return products using the nominated method may result in additional freight charges for the customer.

Any Product being returned for reasons other than damage or QA, are required to be unmarked, in saleable condition with the original packaging. Failure to do so may result in additional freight, re-supply and administration charges.

All freight and handling charges in relation to the return of goods, except in the situation where goods are being returned due to damage or picking error, are the responsibility of the customer.
